The hotel had a central setting on the Jump bus line that runs down Arapahoe Ave. We had wheelchair accessible room with lamps, ping-pong table plus blackout blinds, which was important.

Make sure you stay in the a double room with good air conditioning and blackout blinds and a nice desk. All in all they offer excellent service. There's great pool and free parking. The location is comfy, 5 minutes' walk to an art museum.

Great location and friendly staff, but sound insulation was poor in the room.

A three-night solo stay resulted in a cozy experience with a clean, well-laid-out Beautiful King Room with a decent bathroom and solid water pressure. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local shops and the CU campus, and the room's recycling options and water conservation features were a nice touch. Evening fire pits provided a lovely atmosphere, although the shower and bathroom, while clean, felt a bit compact for comfort. The carpet choice also leaned towards outdated. A coffee and tea bar was complimentary.
